The Ultimate Grind Flagship 6-Week Program
Our “flagship” fitness bootcamp experience combines the best of group exercise and personal training. It consists of 12-60 minute full-body workouts over the course of 6 weeks. At the beginning of every session participants have the opportunity to participate in a 10 minute personalized corrective exercise warmup. Each workout builds on the last, but every workout is different. Participants of all fitness levels are given the opportunity to participate at their own level. We offer classes in Brookline and Cambridge.

The Ultimate Grind 3-Week PowerBlast
A 3-week crash course in the Ultimate Grind. You’ll get a complete, full-body workout each day and each workout will be different. Over the 3 weeks you’ll do everything from our medicine ball super-sets, to our classic Ultimate Grind relays, to our dreaded “Tabata breakdown circuits.” If you’ve only got 3 weeks and want to get a solid taste of the Ultimate Grind, this is the class you’re looking for.
